Great Shipping Company with Excellent support. ️️️️️ I had to stay in Germany for 6 months because of my work. For the items I needed from the United States, I used their service and the whole process was really smooth. Ship7 delivers your packages to Germany in only 3-4 days. I got free photo notification for every package they received(other companies charge for this service) Also they do not charge for consolidation of the parcels. So far, I'm happy with their service, hope they keep up! Great Job!

Lost 3 out of 20 or so packages from Amazon and are unable to locate them and wont refund. It has been a nightmare dealing with ship7 and they are refusing to give me insurance on the items. Customer services is a complete joke once you have an actual issue. I have sent them tracking numbers where it says it was delivered to their warehouse, and I have even sent images of the contents of the packages. They keep saying they already sent it, but here is the thing. Ship7 takes pictures of everything they send, and the packages that are missing are not there... So even according to their own records, the stuff was never sent and I still can't get a refund or insurance claim. This company is a fraud!

Brought my iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB with Ship 7 shop for me service and saved about 350. Excellent fast customer service, they answer any queries you have. Easy to use website. They even take a picture of when the package arrives in to their warehouse (your suite) and you have the option to combine all your US packages into one if you buy other items to save shipping costs. Really happy with my phone, nice to not have the EU markings being in the UK and nice to have the fast mmWave 5G functionality should I ever need to use it.
