I'm not sure if it's the new staff, but ever since the agency has gone under new management it has taken them forever to get me a job for more than 2 months (even after checking in every week), been referring people and yet they don't reply. I have also been told how it's difficult to get DBID's, when it really shouldn't be, being a person who's had them before. I was told not to worry about them, yet a month later I'm getting a call to get them when I had requested them myself.
