I rented skis, boots and poles for my daughter, and it was great. We've typically rented on the mountain, but this was better equipment and it saved us the trouble of waiting in the rental line, which is even worse than normal right now due to COVID restrictions. I also asked them to look at my boss and they made an adjustment that fixed a hot spot that had been bothering me for years. I'm in the market for a new pair of skis and will almost certainly buy them here!

Best experience getting setup with new ski gear. Worth the drive! Gave my wife options and recommendations based on her experience, height and even formed the boots to fit her feet. In just under an hour from walking in she had all the gear she needed and ready to go. Will be back for my setup as soon as we can afford it.

Hands down one of the best ski shops you'll ever find. Kyle and his team are all experts and highly knowledgeable. Huge bonus is the business is family-owned! I went in looking to get some new snowboard boots, and these folks answered all my questions and helped me get the best boot setup I could dream of (for a really great price!). And for those in the market, they have some rare and coveted top-of-the-line custom products. Seriously blown away by the knowledge and experience of the workers, not to mention how friendly everyone was -- it was so good I'll probably fly back to Seattle next time I need gear. Thank you Seattle Ski and Snowboard!!!

One of the the best customer service experiences I have ever had! Kyle was incredible! After years of trying to find the perfect ski boots I finally found the perfect pair. Kyle was super attentive and treated me as if I was an old family friend! I will for sure be coming back in the future!
