This would not be a place to go for your first time getting a massage. When using the sauna, there is no privacy. There is no door, just curtains so any body walking by can see you. You do go in the sauna naked which was a shock to us. We thought we wouldhave a towel or wear a robe. There were 3 of us that went and we all 3 had a different experience with the massage. 2 of us left feeling bruised and beaten. When it came time to pay they kept asking for more money for the tip.

I’ve been here for a massage and waxing and had a good experience both times. I have been waxed at chain wax places and had bad recent experiences so I tried this place. Sarah was excellent, thorough and efficient while doing my wax I was in and out in 15 mins. I was also not covered in powder which was great and she didn’t miss any spots. I’ve also had a massage and facial which I enjoyed. People seem perturbed about the fact that they climb up on the table and this is what Thai massage places do In California. It’s not “American” style where the masseuse stays to the side of the table the whole time. They even have rails on the ceiling to walk on you. It’s excellent. The way they do it gives them wonderful leverage. It was clean both times I visited. They wore masks the whole time, communicated and made sure I was comfortable. If you’re going to do a sauna and scrub they have a black curtain so no one in the lobby will see you walk to your massage table. If you are very modest this isn't the place for you. It’s much more conservative here though, Compared to California where it’s more of an open air nudist colony, lol. I had a great experience and will be back.

I have been going to this Spa for several years both for waxing and massage. The staff is always very friendly and professional. During my waxing appointments Sarah is always genuinely very concerned about my comfort. She is very professional and very thorough. You feel like the staff there truly cares about you. The massages are the same. I tell them where my back and neck pain is and they always find the point of tension and focus on that. Again like the waxing service the the massage staff is professional and truly make you feel cared for.

I made an appointment for a 90 minute massage. When I arrived the two masseuses asked if they could work on me at the same time. They said the cost would be the same. I assumed they meant they would take turns so neither got too tired. The massage itself was pretty good, which is why I'm not giving just 1 star, but they stopped after 30 minutes and said it was over. I was so confused I didn't argue at the time, but this is no way to run a business. I felt duped and misled.

This was my first spa appointment and will be my last with Vita Day Spa. The "massage therapist" did not wear a mask during the treatment. Asked for more money after the service had been completed for more of a tip. A robe was not provided to get from room to room or even a towel that covers enough. This was a very unwelcoming environment for a first time spa experience. Also my 60 minute massage ended early and felt only half completed. Seemed to me to be like a massage parlour than a day spa.

I came in for a 2 hour massage. They said they would instead be doing a 1 hour massage with 2 people at the same time. I thought that was a little weird but i said that was ok. They walked in on me before i could get fully undressed and told me to lay down and “don’t be shy”. When they started it felt kind of rushed. A few times they got on the table with me and straddled me. They had some conversations amongst themselves which made it a little less relaxing. At one point someone walked into the salon and one of them walked out of the room to greet the person. The massage itself was good, just an unprofessional experience.

So my back has been hurting and just wanting a massage to relax. Most nice places were booked for the day. Saw this place when searching and seemed nice but nope let me tell you it was the total opposite. It felt rushed, no towel or blanket to cover your exposed parts of your body, ( feeling very uncomfortable) I was straddled during the massage, they were interrupted twice, once their phone went off during the massage and then they left the room to see who walked into the lobby. They walked in on me getting undress and then gave a happy ending, I’m a married man and would not have been ok with that. As well as trying to upcharge a tip. Horrible place shame shame that you run business like that!
