Not usually a fan of dealerships, but this is one of the best I've gone to. Service team is down to earth, just communicative enough, and show an actual interest in their job and how they can help. They were willing to work with my warranty company even though it took several weeks. I'll be back!

George bent over backwards to help me with the purchase of the car explaining the whole process,find out best deal for me and explaining the various functions of the all the segment of Q7. He spent as much time as needed with us to explain and clear our doubt.
Went there to look for a used car for my self. Started off kind of rocky but then the day after I went in and got greeted by the most helpful and friendly GM. JFK went above and beyond to me sure that I was happy with the car I was getting and the service I was getting there. JFK will be the reason I go back to that dealership for the future.
Shopping for a car while recovering from a brain injury is a stressful experience. George at Audi Shrewsbury was unbelievably respectful and accommodating. He was so patient with me and even understanding when I told him I couldn’t decide about a purchase that day because of my cognitive impairment. In the end, I ended up with a car that I love and the feeling that Audi Shrewsbury values their clients as people and not numbers. I highly recommend this establishment.

He spent as much time as needed with the car's electronic functions. went over some things more than once (sorry George) and even gave me a pop quiz at the end. First thing next day George called me to check on my progress and cleared up a problem I was having. This is simply the way it should be done.
