The plant manager/dispatch is not professional and talks with complete disrespect, like he is wiser than you. The company shorted me on one yard of concrete and dispatch insists that my measurements were incorrect. I had no choice but to order back for the one yard and he charged a short load charge after ripping me off on the previous order. Will not do business with a company who is out to take your money and not provide good service.
