I was in the market for a new SUV as I was ditching the car life for greener pastures lol and was deciding between purchasing a 2020 Ford Explorer, 2920 Toyota Highlander and a 2020 GMC Arcadia. Stopping at Boulevard Buick GMC, I was assisted by one of the best individuals in Josh Owens. We had talked over email prior to my visit, but upon my arrival to the dealership, he was very welcoming, attentive and understandable of my needs in a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and was looking to understand my needs and wants. We went over all my options from vehicles to finance in order to find the right combo for me. He answered any and all questions I had about the vehicle and my purchases; even the quirky tech and features built into the vehicle. Great experience, I reached out to a handful of dealerships when I was thinking about getting a GMC. Boulevard was the best and most efficient in getting back to me. Not to mention their pricing beat all other dealers in a 200 mile radius! Ricky made the whole process easy and worry free and went out of his way to make sure I got the exact car I wanted.
