My municipality hired Critter Busters to capture and monitor the coyote activity. I can't say how much Dave San Filippo helped us out. We haven't had a complaint in any of the areas where they trapped and we have taken out more than 18 coyotes in a 3 month period. These guys are fair, honest and reliable. They even take pictures of all their catches (something our previous vendor refused to do), have complete monitoring systems on their trucks (can do marked or unmarked depending on your needs; we've choosen the unmarked route for an additional fee). What really impresses me is we always get an honest assessment of where they think they can help, where they'd advise against it and for the most part we follow their advice except when were just need to cover our butts. Keep up the good work. If your having a conflict with wildlife these are the guys to contact! I honestly wish I could do more than just review them. It's so hard to find good vendors and these dudes are the good guys!

I called Critter Busters with a mystery pest problem that I later found out were Lawn Shrimp, making their way indoors and finding a home in my natural rug. The person who answered was friendly and let me know that a tech could be out in a matter of minutes (I would have been happy if someone could come out the following day). Chris W arrived, took photos and triaged the mystery pest with one of his colleagues. He swiftly treated the entire rug and front outdoor area of my house for good measure. He was professional, quick, direct, and gave me instructions to call him should I need any follow-up. Prices were also extremely reasonable.

Stellar communication skills. These guys were able to rid my house of a horrible pigeon problem and were half the cost with their optical gel disks to frieghten away the pigeons. Every other company came in at over 3k whereas these guys charged me 850. Appreciate the honesty! Will use in the future.

Outstanding customer service. A company is all about the people and if your looking for a group of honest and reliable people, this is your shop. These guys made 2 other pest control companies look very bad when they took over our master associations gopher control program. I hired them for my yard as well after seeing the results on the community slopes. Definitely recommend for gopher control and always a pleasant conversation anytime I have to interact with someone.
