Tight quarters but it is a small airport. Desk staff is friendly and courteous. Line staff are terrific!

We walked in around 3:30 pm to go into town for dinner .. Staff does not greet you.. instead they rudely look at you as you walk in and say “ just so you know we close at 7 now and if you not it’s a 100 after hour fee” ! No hello, how are you ? Nothing... I guess they expect you to turn around and fly home after this comment so they can close even earlier than their normal early 9 pm closing . You would think that in the hospitality industry they be more welcoming . But no. Around 6 they will start blowing your phone up to see if you’d like to pay for after hours. Couldn’t believe this was a signature FBO.

The only way to change the bad service there is to stop doing business with them. Marathon is only an hour away and a lot nicer and friendlier Experience. I don’t mind driving an hour from marathon because it’s an interesting drive, adios signature
