It took Jim over 8 months to complete a silk screen order for less than 10 items. Then he tried to charge me for services without first notifying me. This used to be a great company, not anymore. Doubt I'll go back.

Asked for some hats to be embroidered, after multiple calls and visits, finally picked up hats to take somewhere else. This place had them for more than 2 months. Embroidery place across the street had them done in less than a week.
This company was overpriced, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Our elementary school has used this company before, but when we placed our basic t-shirt order this spring we were informed of a price increase and required to pre-pay. Our deadline was missed by many days, and in the end, after multiple trips to the office, I was required to go to the printing facility downtown to collect the shirts that were long overdue. Unfortunately, we then needed an extra run of a few hundred shirts and were charged a ridiculous 20 per shirt. This is for an elementary school! On top of it all, Jim was not only unprofessional, he was rude and crude in our interactions. We will never use this company again.
I asked for a simple estimate for a small order six weeks ago and Jim still hasn’t provided one. I’ve checked in with him every week asking for the estimate and all I get are excuses. The customer service is awful!
i am a business owner in town and placed a very simple order. two hoodies, and two hats. mind you i have been going here since 2013. they told me they would be done in a couple weeks. every time i would call, jim would tell me they'll be done soon...two months later they still weren't done and i had no explanation. the old man running the place needs to retire as he seems to have no idea what's going on. in the past I've never had issues with them, but this is unacceptable. i will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
