I placed an online order for pickup. Got the confirmation email, went and got cash from an ATM, then drove to Silver Lake. The sales girl was immediately very rude, didn't say hi, just stared at me through the glass in an unsettling manner. Eventually, she asked for my ID card. Then after I get through the gate, I tell her I'm there for a pickup order. She goes to the back, then comes out telling me that none of the items I ordered are available. She then proceeds to basically hurry me out of the store without buying anything because now there are other customers waiting to get in. I wish they would've called earlier to let me know instead of wasting my time. I will not be back. Used to like this spot a lot but the customer service today was absolutely awful, the sales girl made me very uncomfortable and I do not recommend anyone purchase from them. The \Caregivers\ part of their name is laughable. Stay away.

Was really excited to check this place out. Some friends of mine have been recommending it to me. Overall, pretty decent plant based options for a vegan foodie like myself. The service was great! Loved the atmosphere and energy from the moment we sat. All patrons were also calm and the weed was great! Kash was amazing!!!
i hope you will get that brand left coast i recommended!!, highly consider silver lake caregivers.. only if u want the best ! :)
Came here for the first time last week looking for a certain strain for anxiety. I came here first because of all the positive reviews..perhaps people were high when they wrote them or they are fake. They were unbelievably rude to me, didn't have a clue about their products, one of the girls actually acted like I was bothering her, if you don't like your job or working with customers maybe this isn't the job for you. I won't be coming back, ended up leaving with nothing. I suppose during covid, businesses as this don't care about making money.
