There are no words to describe how awesome Silver Ranch, and more importantly Dr. George is. I was nervous to be in the chair, let alone hear about the treatment I needed. She made me feel so comfortable! The dental assistant, I think her name was Nayme, was also very nice, (anytime she took an X-ray, I asked questions). Dr. George explained what and exactly why I needed to get some work done. The front office lady, I think her name started with an S, (Sally?), explained how much everything would cost and what my insurance would cover. Can I just say, when Dr. George was done working on my teeth, I nearly cried. I had to have some work done on my front teeth, and y’all, it’s like I have a brand new smile. I would recommend this office to every person I know! Thank You Dr. George for making my happy to smile again!

The Silver Ranch Dental staff was great in my today visit. Very welcoming and friendly. The Dental Hygienist Dariana was very nice and explains on details what she was doing, she makes me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended

My visit here was terrible. I went to visit with my husband, and when my name got called to sit in the operating room, I was expecting to get a regular checkup and cleaning like at any other location. Instead, I say there for what felt like an hour in a freezing cold room. I was shivering and waiting for the assistant to come in to get the checkup over with. I am very sensitive to cold temperatures and get headaches frequently in the winter. When the assistance and doctor came into my room I heard the doctor complain herself “This room is so cold” but the assistant replied “ I like it cold” as if her patients are not of value. The doctor let me know that as soon as my husband’s checkup is done, I will be able to go next, making me wait for even longer in the room. I let her know I am not able to stay in the room I was freezing. She let me go to the waiting room. In the end, we didn’t even get a cleaning (which we came for), just x-rays. At the counter they said our next visit would be a deep cleaning for 600 each. Our first visit was just tons of x-rays and no cleaning. Another complaint I have is that the assistant told us the mouth cancer screening costs 25 however at the counter, they said 35 each. Did not like this experience and me and my husband will not be scheduling another appointment here.

This dentist office is shameful. The current dentist Dr. George tried to force unneeded treatment and extra charges when I refused the additional treatment that costs additional monies they refused to clean my teeth. I was scheduled for a cleaning and exam. When both X-rays from 2 years ago til now we’re exactly the same but dentist insisted it was different. Very unethical!!! I will never visit any silver ranch associate again. Now I have to reschedule with another dentist and wait even longer for my cleaning. The office manager refused to give me corporate office number. Very unethically!!!
