We purchased a home with a non-functioning fireplace and Chimney.com came to inspect our chimney. They made another visit and laid out exactly all of our options and the costs associated (making it useable with wood, converting to gas, etc). Each time they came they were professional and thorough. We had our gas insert installed yesterday and the house is already much warmer. The entire team is friendly, and really took the time to explain to us what each part of the process was. They really went above and beyond. We will use them for our annual inspections and would recommend them to anyone with a chimney or fireplace, or anyone looking to install one.

The Chimney team was wonderful. They came out yesterday to give me an estimate and installed today. They were neat the whole time, and made sure I was comfortable with everything they did. Tiffany even came back to arrange the lava rocks around the fire. Love it and would recommend the team to anyone!
I highly recommend Chimney.com. This company was extremely easy and pleasant to work with from the initial estimate and scheduling to the actual work. The team (Tiffany, Jimmy, Nelson and Carlos) were efficient, polite, knowledgeable and timely and their work was top-notch. I live in an old row house on Capital Hill so of course there were crazy complications with the old chimney, but Jimmy, Nelson and Carols just took it in stride and made it all work. The fireplace is fantastic. We actually enjoying sitting in our living room again!
I just wish I had another chimney so that I could this business again! This was one of the most seamless and professional experiences I've ever had with a company. Brandon nailed it when he did the level 2 inspection - he showed me as he was doing the inspection where the problem areas were, came up with a reasonable estimate for the work and one week later, Carlos and his team came and did everything in one day. Left the place spotless, both inside and outside the house. They were a pleasure to have around to do the work. And after they left, within 15 minutes, I had a fire going, the smoke went where it was supposed to, I had my scotch in hand, my music turned on and a great book to read! Who could ask for more??? So, what I'm saying here is that if you need chimney work done professionally, this business is the one to do it!! You will not be sorry!
Chimney.com has been a good experience from beginning to end. Brandon came out to give the estimate, during this time he was very informative. His experience was evident and he took time to share his knowledge. My installers Nelson & Israel were hard working, very helpful, did an excellent job and provided pictures of the areas I was unable to see. Chimney work is extremely dirty but my house looks like they never came. They picked up, wiped things down. I really appreciate their efforts.
