Worst company ever. DO NOT USE! Metropolitan Shuttle kept our money and never performed the trip. From reading through the reviews this is something they do quite frequently. Do not give them your money, either they will refuse to do the trip or never show up.

We used them to transport from six of our skilled nursing facilities in upstate NY to and from a local amusement park. The drivers were prompt and professional and all of our employees just raved about their friendliness. Angalenda was out Account Executive and she jumped right in, fixed some last minute problems, and even gave me her cell number for last minute details.
I have no complaints. It all went seamlessly.
From the very beginning, all the staff were great. Dave kept me informed of all that was occurring in my shuttle order and patiently resolved an issue I was having trying to get my credit card to go through. Our driver, Alberto, was excellent. He was professional, on time for both our pickups, and had a great personality. I will request Alberto if I ever need shuttle again in the future.
Horrible, despicable company to hire!! They kept our 1,000 deposit after our own Governor mandated no groups of more then 10. We reserved their bus for 25 people for a company picnic. We had to cancel for proper social distancing. We canceled a week prior to our reservations and THEY REFUSED to release our 1,000 deposit. I would NEVER trust this company.
