My first experience was last week and I thought it was great. I didn't have to wait long, the front desk staff were really sweet and I met with Dr. V ( I can't remember her name, sorry) but she was incredible. The ultrasound tech was also really sweet and charming. So far, I really like this place and they make you feel comfortable and they want answers just as much as you do.

I used to love them. I went here for 2 of my pregnancies but last Monday, MLK Holiday(for my 3rd baby), they sent me home because they couldn't check on my insurance because offices are closed on holidays. I said I never had any problems with my insurance but they insisted for me to go home and call the next day after I sort things out with my insurance. Called my insurance provider, no problem at all and they told me TLC staff didn't even try to use the automated system available for them to use on holidays. Lazy! Then I called TLC to tell them that my insurance is all good and have to instruct them to call the offices because they said "on the computer" it's not going through. Told me they're going to call me back, didn't hear anything from them since. Never again!

My experience was terrible, 2 weeks to send the results to my doctor, 2 weeks without sleeping for an uncertain result. Never coming back!
I have seen Dr. Broth since 2011 for my last three high risk pregnancies. He is very nice and laid back. The office is always neat and clean. The nurses, Elaine and Elise, are angels! They are easily accessible by email and return phone calls promptly if you leave a message. One reason I did not give them a five star rating is the office has a policy that does not allow children under 8yrs old to be in the office, which inconveniences some people. The other is that they are a busy office and a couple of times the wait to be seen was at least an hour. Overall, I love this place and the staff. Although I don't plan to be a patient of theirs again, I would recommend them 100x over.

This is hands down the best Perinatal center around. They have taken amazing steps and precautions to make sure that me and my baby are safe. Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctors show genuine care.
