Great place with great people doing very important work to benefit the health of everyone.
This review is directed to the DEERS ID office. Wonderful people. My wife and I received our ID cards in record time. The office was EXTREMELY busy but towards the end of the day the staff was very friendly, and we had some good laughs during the process. My bride and I live in Sweden now and we would make an effort to return to Walter Reed Navy Annex DEERS as we are assured we will be well served.
Very unorganized command structure with horrid underwhelming senior leadership. Avoid attending or working at this institute as a career path. Instead consider taking your talents to White Oak or NIH, or better yet Health and Human Services. WRAIR is not the flagship research institute of the country or Army!!!
I honestly stayed here for my first 6 months of my life after flying back here to the US from Landstuhl Germany when I was only 10 days old.
