The service Tech Josh was great and took good care of me and my truck. The issue is not the dealer but GM. This is the second Random thing that has gone wrong on the truck that when taken to the dealer it is now Miracously working fine. First the key gets stuck in the ignition constantly but not everytime. Now the power steering stopped working while driving but , after a day of sitting will start working again!? All codes are erased when this happens so the dealer cannot see the issue. To me this seems like a way for GM to avoid dealing with the issue. Again Alexander GMC is doing their job and they treat me well and I would recommend them.

The sold me such a horrible used car buick is repurchasing without me having to get a lawyer. However Service Larry and Joe are the best. Finance Ed is amazing. Its the sales team they are horrible.

After accepting our offer, and calling us to say so, we gathered all the necessary finance info and advised we would be down the following morning to pick up the vehicle. Later that same day , as receiving the call from them, we contacted the dealership to again confirm all was in order, they said someone was coming to look at the vehicle, and would let us know if it was still available. They then sold the car to another person. We had driven 2hrs to test drive the car, they knew we were serious buyers. There was a time when a person's word ment something.
