It seems like they’ve implemented hours of testing to ensure the flavor is the best. I highly recommend these guys, and it’s always good to support your local businesses. I’ve been vaping for 3-4 years now and I’ve been to many businesses, vaped many different products and experienced customer service on many levels. Simply Vapor is hands down the best experience I’ve had throughout them all. Their juices are delicious, safe and a wide variety. The products they carry are the best on the market and they are completely knowledgeable of their products. Their customer service is top notch!! Ask for Brady if you’re ever at their shop. He truly cares that you leave happy and stay happy. I’m a lifer and will never stray. Retailers... they sell juice wholesale too. Contact them and sell their products, trust me... you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been smoking Simply Vapour almost since they’ve been making fluids. My flavor is Dragon berry but recently I got a new tank and need their better fluid. I now use their premium and had kiwi berry but the last time I went to go get it I found out they discontinued it. I then chose blue raspberry (because that’s my favorite candy/ drink flavor) and I absolutely hated it. I did try this a long time ago and didn’t like it much then, but I gave it another go. So I contacted SV to nicely complain because I know the store doesn’t take back fluid once it leaves the store. All I have to say is this business knows how to customer service. They let me exchange my fluid for something i enjoyed at no cost and were extremely nice and understanding. I would give more stars if google let me. I will not be switching fluid companies, ever. Not only is their customer service outstanding but their flavors are amazing too. Thank you guys!!

If I could give them a zero I would!!! I ordered coils from them online - they have this blue ID check - I jumped through their hoops. They charged my credit card, but refuse to send the product unless I jump through more hoops. I'm 52 years old, have proved it several times, and I cannot get my order filled, or my money returned!!!! Rip off artists!!
