We could not be happier with Fronheiser Pools. We have been working with Gary Geissler, the construction manager, throughout our pool installation. He has always kept us abreast as to the next steps in the process and his professionalism and customer service are beyond excellent. It has been a pleasure working with him and highly recommend Fronheiser to anyone looking for a pool. We can not wait until we can open the pool in the spring!

Terrible customer service! Completely Unprofessional. Kept calling for over 4 months and the popular answer was “The owner will contact you next week”. I’m still waiting for that call since May. I guess business it’s so great they don’t need new business.

Reached out to make an appt to have someone come out and meet with my wife and I to discuss an inground pool. I talked with Travis who was very responsive and informative. He had me fill out a questionnaire and said he will forward it along to Adam who is the VP and that he will call to make an appt with me. After not hearing from Adam we checked back in a few times and were told a time we should hear from him but we never did. Travis informed us that Adam was very busy and behind on follow ups and gave us an approximate time we should hopefully hear from Adam but still nothing. A month passed and still not even a phone call or appt so we started looking elsewhere and signed with another company. I sent an email to Travis explaining that we were impressed in the start but very disappointed that we didn’t even get an appt time or a call from Adam. The thing I find funny is that Travis was very responsive with all my questions up until I sent an email saying we went elsewhere and our disappointment with them.

Great place with an excellent staff (professional, friendly, knowledgeable and personable). Store is well stocked with good prices. Found repair parts that I thought would be hard finds, they weren't otc, but the staff were quick to assist us, and we left with everything we needed. Also, found the best price around on our new pump, they were able to answer all of our questions, had it in stock and made sure we knew how to register it for the manufacturer warranty. Thank you, it was a pleasure.
