We purchased commercial grade, permanent bar stools for the counter in our kitchen/dining room. The staff at Skelton's were professional and very nice. Our order arrived when we were told it would and they were nothing but accommodating when we made arrangements for pick up. We have nothing but good things to say about everyone at Skelton's and we will definitely use them in the future. We highly recommend them to anyone needing restaurant supplies for their home or business!
If you're not dropping a load of cash into an order, Skelton's Inc doesn't place YOUR order until the store itself needs to be restocked if it has recently received a shipment for themselves. We were told 1-2 weeks for some things we needed before a specific date. It's been over 3 weeks, and they informed us when we called that it would be another 1-2 weeks before we got our order placed, let alone the delivery time. Unless you're a major business dropping some serious bank into resupplying, Skeletons throws you under the bus. If you order anything from the catalogue they don't have in stock, you're stuck waiting until they need to place an order for themselves. If you're a small business needing a few replacement pans they don't carry, you might as well find another business willing to work for you. They care about themselves, not the small business owner looking for 5-10 things, not 100. Service is an absolute joke, and they upfront lied to us about when our order would come in. And I'm sorry to say, but coughing and sneezing into your hands, and then using those same hands seconds later to deal with the customer is absolutely disgusting. I'm glad we keep disinfectant and hand sanitizer in our car. Maybe if you did more than take orders, and had any experience in a kitchen you'd know better. I am 100% dissatisfied and will never place another order here again.
