Ryan knew ALL in the ins and outs of Park City. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market as a whole, he had wonderful insight as to the nuances of each community, amenity, and location we visited. As an out of town buyer, I also appreciated all the up front time he spent working with us on identifying what we were looking for, and narrowing down a list to make sure the most relevant and tailored options were presented to us. By the time I arrived in Utah to actually look at properties in person, Ryan had nailed down an itinerary that made excellent use of our time while in town. After we had made an offer, he expertly guided us through the negotiating, inspection, and closing process. Ryan also was able to provide us recommendations on a mortgage broker who was fantastic. I cannot recommend Ryan and his team highly enough for those considering purchasing a home in Park City!

I've worked with this team on several personal and business real estate transactions over the past 7 years. They are the most knowledgable, professional, and connected group I've ever worked with. They have expert knowledge of the area to help you select good opportunities and avoid bad ones. They have an extensive network to help you get inspections, financing, contractor work, etc. They are calm and cool under pressure, which leads to better deals and deals that stick. We decided to move to Utah from the Bay Area in Feb 2020 (just before the pandemic hit). In the midst of lots of uncertainties, we’re so grateful to have had the support of Ryan who found us our dream home and went the extra mile to help us with local contacts plus coordination for a quick remodel so it was ready for our move in July. A few months later, he helped us buy another rental property in Park City and even found us a long-term tenant timed for when the transaction closed! Honestly, Ryan stands out because he’s got his finger on the pulse on the PC market, he intuitively understands his client’s needs and has a quiet determination to help his clients get the best outcome - all the while being his true authentic funny self!

We started shopping for a second home during the pandemic and were referred to Ryan by our mortgage broker at Wells Fargo. Our mortgage broker, who has worked with ALOT of agents said that Ryan was one of the best and most knowledgeable with whom he's ever interacted and Ryan did not disappoint! Not only was he beyond accommodating (we scheduled our first house tour the week of Thanksgiving with one week of notice) but also was instrumental in helping us navigate all the details of buying a second home, including putting us in touch with a real estate attorney and tax advisor. He's also extremely authentic and patient, and has a great sense of humor. Thanks Ryan for helping us find a great home.
We recently purchased a home in Park City through Ski Resort Property/Berkshire Hathaway. Ryan, our agent, was amazing! He had worked with us for several years, patiently taking us to visit houses every time we came to Park City, through a period in which we changed our minds several times about what time of house we were looking for and when we were looking to buy it. His knowledge of local neighborhoods, available homes, and home buying trends was truly impressive. And when it came time to buy the house, Ryan and others in the office like Megan helped us bid remotely and take care of all the closing paperwork remotely. Helpful in any time (because we were out-of-state) but especially during the pandemic! Ryan gave us sound advice on how to bid, and then found experts to deal with every issue that came up - from physical inspection issues to permit questions. We would unquestionably use Ski Resort Property Group again and highly recommend it!
