While they may be nice, don’t waste your money in their cool sculpting procedures. Thousands of dollars can be wasted easily and even if THEY don’t see results themselves, they tell you they’ll call you back to see if there’s anything else that can be done, but then never call you back. Then when YOU call or go by, they’ll tell you they’re willing to offer you another session half off, but to wait for a call, that AGAIN never comes. Try a different place for cool sculpting. HUGE disappointment.

I went in for Volbella lip injections 2 months ago and the front desk staff was super friendly, sweet, and helpful. However, I was slightly disappointed with the \consultation\ and results. I got half a syringe I believe. As another review mentioned the bedside manner could have been a bit better but I looked past it as the reviews were very good. After a brief \what are you here for?\ and me mentioning wanting fuller lips so lipstick will actually look good on me, there were no more questions asked, just a \I'm putting injections in these few spots\ pictures were taken, and the injections were started. Very effective way to get multiple clients in and out quickly, however when I'm paying a good price I would like some quality time spent going over options, technique, etc. The first 5 injections happened in very quick succession and being my first time I was nervous and nearly passed out. The doctor was kind and got me water. I did however feel I was a burden taking up time needing to go slower and recover. I was SO happy with my results from day 4 to week 2. Then they slowly started to fade. Now, at 2 months out I'm very disappointed to say my lips look exactly how they did when I went in for the injections. I know all results are different but for a product claiming 6 mo - 1 year only lasting roughly 1 month is very disappointing. Next business day I will be reaching out to discuss options but I'm very disappointed that my 300 amount only got me 1 month of confident lips.
