I liked the doctor, however the service was horrible. I had a great experience in Addison office and was expecting the same level of service in Allen, unfortunately it was only my expectations. It took time for them to check me in, the prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I wasn’t able to get assistance over the phone for 2 hours, office hang up on me 3 times. I had to drive back to the office to figure out what was going on with my prescription, which easily could be fixed over the phone within 2 minutes! Very poor customer service.

I've been going here for years, I normally see Donna, she is Fantastic and always takes Great care of me. Very good staff too. These days with Covid, I don't really care for waiting in the hall way. But, everyone is changing how they handle patients now.
