We were able to set everything up over the phone, they came to our home and took the samples needed for our Covid antibody test. We didn't even have to go to them! The nurse that came to our home was very professional and organized and the whole thing took just a few minutes (for 4 people being tested), the next morning we were able to see our test results online. Very professional in person and over the phone. We were very happy and satisfied with their work!

I am 69 years old and I was not able to set everything up over the phone, their phone is busy all the time. I registered online and gentlemen call me back soon. But they did not come to our home . I have to make appointment and drive to Elterman center. Test was done very fast and person, who did it was very kind and polite. Result was done on next day, but I was not able to see that result, because it was not on E-mail test. It was top secret and I have to create login and password, which I do not like to do. Finally someone to call me and sent real result to my e-mail. Any way thanks. I will recommend that Elterman center to my friends, because I do not know another place to go, and it was fast and free. Thanks.

They were excellent with the Covid test for myself and my wife. Very professional staff over the phone and in person. We were tested at 2pm on a Wednesday and received the results at 4am the following morning. We will use their services again if necessary.

I went 2x to get same day covid test and so far my experience has been great! No line no wait! And i get my results within 30 min if i come and get the paper. Or 2 hours by email on there portal.
