OMG this is such a painful company to try to get help from. We are interested in using the Tech Lighting Monorail system with a custom blown glass pendant. Three weeks later still no answer after speaking with multiple employees who are rude and condescending or say that isn't my job and have no idea who to send you to.

Horrible as an employer. Managers and team leaders are not properly informed on production procedures and expect excellence from workers on the line. Also managers in the receiving department are not properly informed on what to do yet seem to act like it when supervising anyone underneath them, causing the managers to make constant mistakes and not acknowledge them.

Now called Visual Comfort Group, this manufacturer has extraordinary brands. The brands they make up our Tech Lighting, Visual Comfort, Element recessed downlights, LBL Lighting, Seagull, Monte Carlo fans and Ambiance Lighting. This address is the manufacturing location. It is not open to the public.

Terrible customer service. Had a blade bracket snap sending the blade flying off. Called them (three times, sent photos three times), they say they'll call back - never happens - weeks have gone by. Last time I spent 450 on a fan. I sent the info to the Consumer Product Safety Administration. Maybe small claims court next
