Worse CP company ever. My insurance company has them listed as a preferred provider yet they refuse to use my insurance to bill for supplies because I live in SC. I am on the boarder of Ga and SC. Staff are very rude and obnoxious. Don’t waste you time and money here!

I was in town for a baseball tourney. I left a piece of my mask at home, 7 hours away. Christy & Hayden were great! They found me a piece that would work, saving me from a long 5 days without it! Great Job!
Yesterday I got a call from a person I think was named Julie from Sleepwell and she proceeded to tell me that my Dr had contacted them that I needed a new C-Pap machine and that I couldn't get it until next month and when It was time to get it I needed to give her my credit card. Needless to say I have never been asked this of any provider and I have been using a C-Pap for the past 17 years. I have Medicare and my supplement insurance and they have never refused to pay for my equipment. Sleepwell has made a lot of money off me over the past 10 years and this is the thanks I get. I am assuming the young lady just wanted my credit card for herself. I will be looking for a new C-Pap equipment provider. By the way my C-Pap is broken the cover for the filter is broken and I have to tape it on and I have other problems with it.
If everyone in the world were as professional and kind as Sasha and Jill this world would be a better place. A kind smile and great attitude goes a long way and could actually make a customers day as they did for me today. Curtis was great explaining to my father how to use his oxygen. Frank has been phenomenal in making sure my father’s unit is functional and providing the level of oxygen my dad needs. Thank you for taking care of my Dad.:-)
Very disappointed that during a pendemic the billing department would decide to deduct full payment for supplies, 416 I never missed a payment, and received one bill, and received it the day the money was withdrawn! Will never do business with this company ever again
