I typically lease though have also purchased vehicles in the past. This time I was trading in on a lease. My sales representative, Asa Adams, was an amazing young man who did everything within his ability to make the process as smooth and quick as possible. When I returned home on the day that we signed all of the paperwork, my husband commented on how quickly I returned. I told him that Asa had everything organized and ready to go! He also did his best to find me all of the deals that were offered at this time on the vehicle that I was interested in. I have visited Troy Alan in the past and leased a vehicle there. I have also visited the Chevy Buick Dealerships in other areas. But I feel that the service I received this time when leasing my Buick Essence GX was probably the best I have had in quite a while. My brother-in-law who managed a Jeep dealership sold us a vehicle from Jeep in 2010 and he took care of us as only a family member would. I feel that Asa did a comparable job to him.
