The whole experience with this company was fantastic. This was my first car buying experience and the crew was extremely patient with me. I did plenty of research on the vehicle . I visited 4 different dealerships and this was hands down the best . It's not like a used car dealership so appointments are necessary!! Great price and very respectful group of people. I'm sure this vehicle will last me a while but I will definitely send people who are looking for a vehicle to Smart Auto
Nice looking cars. Clean anyways. Good prices. Do they run good? I don't know. Have a mechanic check your car you might purchase.
The name does not live up to what it is. Since I have 2 hours to spare here you go. This dealership is a waste of time. My husband was interested in a Truck he was speaking to Carlos (worst customer service ever we shall get to that in a minute) my husband told him we were 2 hours away didn't want to waste his time or ours if he would not negotiate the price he texted back I wouldn't make you drive and not negotiate. We should up 1) I was not greeted I felt I was in a time capsule where women aren't acknowledge. 2) He brings all the paperwork to review car facts which is good there was a discrepancy there was some type of hit in front of bummer my husband asked what happened he never answered he said oh it has to be reported. 3) My husband told Carlos how much he would pay mind you it was cash no financing. He did not negotiate said no shook his hand and walked away what kind of sales man doesn't negotiate or even try to get our business. I don't think Smart Auto made a smart decision on letting us walk away with cash in hand. Sad day for him you don't build a good business by doing your potential customers wrong. I guess that truck will sit on the lot for another 3months. Good Luck Carlos. As for us we will take our business to someone that appreciates it and find what we want. MORAL of the story don't waste your time you'll regret it your time is valuable and will not get it back
