We bought the biggest pos here. Terrible. It had actually been on fire at some point .We paid more in repairs then the tractor .Now the POS is down again .wished it had burned up in the beginning. Tried to take to court but Jones would have fought it and it would have cost 30 k more .Junk thing isn't worth a penny
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went to pick up a disk we had purchased on a Saturday morning. Was ready to load when we got there. Loaded up and went to take off and truck would not start. The guys from Jones did everything they could to help get us on the road, I think there was at one time half a dozen guys from around town there trying to assist us. After three hours of trying, the truck finally started and we were on our way. I was amazed by the generosity of Jones and the people of Smith Center KS. I tried to buy the guys dinner or at least some adult beverages, but they wouldn't hear of it. I WILL DRIVE 5 1/2 HOURS BACK TO JONES MACHINERY TO DO BUISNESS AGAIN!! Thank you all again so much!!
