I go out of my way to eat at Smooth Living. The food is how I wish I could cook for myself. Plus it makes me feel good after I eat there instead of the typical heavy feeling at most restaurants. The folks there are super nice. And the juice will cure what ails you! My goodness it is great! Go get some Smooth Living right now!

I tried the chicken and veggies hood rolls with sweet potato fries and it was really good. First time trying this restaurant, but I know I would love to try the smoothies and other food that they offer on the menu. The lady taking orders was very kind and informative. I’m so big on customer service and she was great!
Food was amazing, I tried this for the 1st time. Tianna at the Raleigh location was super helpful and friendly... The Salmon hoodrolls were so good... That I returned the very next day for lunch with all of my Co-Workers... We now have a new lunch spot....... #SUPERHAPPY
What a great time to open up on this side of town! Amazing food experience after the second try at this location. Hood rolls & Veggie Nacho , I give all the stars to the chlorophyll juice . During this time a gallon is good for a small 4-5 size family & babies as young as 6-Months old.
Really good food. Lots of vegetarian selections on the menu. Wife loved it. I had the turkey/veggie and salmon/veggie burritos. Probably my new food spot.

I am so glad there is now one in the Raleigh area. Love the King Salmon Salad and the Tumeric potatoes.
