I bought a used car about a month ago from Capital. While the buying process was easy and enjoyable that all changed when I started to discover that I got a lemon. In one month time I have come to find MAJOR problems with my car. The AC does not work properly. The transmission has started to slip at 41K miles. The driver front boot started clicking and it looks like it was repaired with contact cement. The TPMS sensors are bad. The drivers side seat belt will not retract after use and hangs down. The service manager says he can't work on my car because it's not a Cadillac. There 6k mile used car warranty is useless if they can't do the work. I advise anyone thinking about buying a used car to avoid this place. This is a Update. after several phone calls with the service manager and the general manager Mr Chris. capital Cadillac did the right thing they fixed my vehicle it was covered under Cadillac's warranty they provided me with a loaner vehicle the general manager Chris along with my salesman Thom have gone above and beyond to make sure that I am happy. Chris even so far as to offer to cover extra expenses. I am very grateful to all who had a hand in making things right
