Made the 50 minute drive to Honey Strong to purchase beeswax for candle making. I also grabbed a jar of their honey while there. Amazing. Hands down the best honey I have ever tasted. it’s only been a week and we’re already planning to make the drive again to purchase more of their honey and wax (this time in bulk!). The young homestead family running this business was very kind and helpful. Their homestead sits on a beautiful property with hens running around everywhere. True country experience.I look forward to trying their educational classes with my children in the near future. Support small businesses, especially when they are great!

Met with this young couple to discuss bee placement. Very kind and courteous. An asset to the local community. Looking forward to this adventure with them. UPDATE: These folks are awesome. They are courteous, considerate, and very thorough on their upkeep of the hives. And, bonus....our garden has been thriving so much I cannot keep up!!!

We traveled to Honey Strong today in search of a replacement Queen. We loved our 54 minute trip down to meet this most kind couple and to check out all the bee supplies and also to pickup our new Queen. If anyone is in need of any type of bee supply it can be found here. They have most any items needed that you can purchase from any bee supplier catalog. Don't fool with ordering online from a bee catalog when you can pay a visit down to Honey Strong. We will definitely be coming back to pay a visit and pick up any needed supplies for our beekeeping hobby. Thanks for your help today and especially for being so nice and understanding to answer all our questions.
