I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Briglevich! She listened and gave advice for every concern I had. Her staff was so friendly and they all made me feel so comfortable. Happy to say I have found my new doctor! :)

I chose this practice because I was tired of feeling like a number at the factory doctors. Dr Briglevich surpassed my expectations, as did Shacondra and Chelsea. I have never felt so 'heard' at a doctor appt. All three women were warm, engaged, and super polite and I'm very grateful.

Very disappointed with the doctor and her staff. This is the first time in 63 years that I have left a negative review. On 3 different occasions they have not not followed up with me after many phone calls and messages with staff and the nurse. When you are not feeling well, that is very frustrating. This last time was the worst. I ended up with COVID, which I caught from teaching. I received no support from them and information that contradicted the CDC. They canceled my appt. and when I tried to make another one they said they couldn’t fit me in. I talked with the front desk person as well as left a message with the nurse for a refill. Even called the pharmacist so they would fax them. The office never responded back which is the norm. Now they are on vacation and I can’t get a refill. I am very upset.

The Lord sent to Smyrna to be cared for by His Angel's. Dr Rose, her nurse Chelsie, and front office Shacondra are a blessing to me. Test were done that should have been in Columbus. Dr Rose is very, very through, professional, kind and makes me feel that I am her only patient...love you Dr Rose!!

Dr. Briglevich is very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough with her work. As a nurse I can be very critical of the care I receive, but I am 100% pleased with the care I receive from her. The staff is also top notch!!! Dr Briglevich is the best choice I could have made for my primary care needs!
