This location steals and holds mail for no reason the carriers must be involved in organized crime. They have ruined my store analytics. If you are experiencing the same problem report them. I have had to call them and file investigations on every package lately no joke. They never scan items when they are supposed to this never happens in the Alpharetta or Milton post offices this is an embarrassment! I had 2 priority 2 day packages go missing one has not been scanned in for over 5 days.

Packages not being delivered that said they were. No follow up phone calls regarding disputes. Just the worst. I feel like they are stealing packages or something...

I've been coming to this post office for a couple of years and it's good. The employees are nice and helpful. The only annoying thing is the long lines during busy times of the day, but that's because the office doesn't have enough staff. If USPS wasn't operating on a shoestring budget then it would probably be much better. It's not the employees' faults.

Absolutely the worst post office I have ever had to deal with in my life. They never ever keep supplies stocked, they sit on their cell phones behind a desk and roll their eyes if you ask them a question, there’s always always a super long line, and the workers are just the rudest I’ve ever seen. This entire place needs to be completely restaffed and retrained ASAP. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
