***Go somewhere else.***This facility is not adhering to the COVID-19 guidelines. None of the chairs in the lobby are spaced or blocked off. Resulting in patients sitting shoulder to shoulder in the lobby. They also will not allow you to schedule an appointment time for COVID-19 testing. You have to show up and wait on them to tell you it will be an hour of waiting. Additionally, if you only want a COVID-19 test and you are showing some of the symptoms, they want to charge you a full doctors visit fee rather than just conducting the simple swab test.

My experience was YEARS ago and to this day I still think about it! I never write reviews, but once again something has reminded me of my experience there. Do NOT see a Dr. Simpson. Without going into details, I’m told I’m just constipated and to go get miralax. Which I do. The next thing I know my husband is calling 911 and I’m needing surgery because my appendix almost ruptured! We are all human and make mistakes, but they do not need to rush. People can really be sick!

I wouldn't recommend going to this location. Very poor service and lack of care for the customer. Poor really isn't a good enough word to describe this wellstar. The front desk doesn't keep up with the line order. Very very very unprofessional service and it shouldn't be tolerated.. Save your dollar and time by going to another location.

The staff was fast, friendly and efficient. I didn’t wait long to be seen and the nurse and doctor were very helpful and attentive.

The staff and doctors have always been so kind and understanding of my illnesses. The doctors always take good care of me and provide me with the best medications. I would highly recommend this urgent care.
