They were not helpful at all over the phone. When I asked for help with a form, they told me I needed to set up an appointment for another day even after I said it would take less than a minute. They seemed only interested in sounding polite rather than actually helping.

This was my first time skydiving and it was so enjoyable! All the instructions are very friendly and Spotty made me feel comfortable from start to finish. My only wish was that the pictures/videos weren't so expensive. If you're thinking about skydiving, it's an incredible experience and Skydive Snohomish is the perfect place to do it.
Had a wonderful experience here for my first time jumping out of a perfectly good airplane. My tandem instructor was Kelly; he made me feel comfortable, safe, and did a great job with the video(you'll want one). All of the staff are extremely professional and seem to enjoy their jobs which definitely adds to the experience. Highly recommend this place and skydiving in general, there are few times in my life when I have smiled that much, what a rush!

Best experience ever, I’m afraid of heights and thought this would be a one and done kind of thing but I had the best time and definitely will be back again! My instructor Jared was awesome and super knowledgeable, he made sure to point out all the things we could see on the flight up and did some fun dives on the way down. Can’t wait to jump again next year!
