My mother was in the swing bed section of the hospital. She was post 2 very long hard weeks in acute care and was still too involved for any SNF to manage. This facility provided excellent wound care and rehab. Plus, when it was close to discharge, they had an OT come out to the home to suggest modifications for safety. I work in acute care and I would feel confident recommending this facility post discharge for medically complex patients

I went here for a Covid test and they handled it so well. They were very fast and efficient and had very good patient service.

I do not recommend getting covid tested here if you can help it. I had my two children tested. They created two online profiles for one of my children and didn't create a profile at all for my other child. I received the covid test result for my one child, but no result for the other. There is no way to get a hold of them to help with this. The directions for viewing your online profile for test results is also very confusing. Once I got the result, there was no way to print or email a copy for the school. It was just one line item that said ot detected\. It didn't have my child's name next to it, so I couldn't even screen cap it as proof. I was not notified when the test result was in, I just had to keep refreshing the profile every day.
