Best restaurant I have been in a while. The food was amazing, ceviche, oysters, octopus and the fish were perfect. When I go to a restaurant I want the best and this is the best I have had in awhile in Aspen and Snowmass. The service (slow) and the lighting (too bright) needs improvement but choosing this place for our anniversary was the right choice. Thank you, Selma

Great views, food was good. I had the omelet and I added the smoked salmon and avacado...very delicious. I loved the decor and the waiters were nice as well. It is located inside the Viceroy hotel.

Location nice, well appointed surroundings. Doing COVID stuff well. Food had quality ingredients, and was plated very prettily. Priced high, as all things, esp in a high end resort, in Snowmass are, maybe on the highest end. My biggest issue here was around lack of real gluten free options. I understand it isn't a must for them, but they have a menu that should be better suited to providing options for people who need GF. For that reason and the price, I prefer restaurants elsewhere in Snowmass that have lots of good options.

Worst service Ever. DO NOT EAT HERE. Food was average. We were one of 3 tables in the whole place and took the waiter 54mins to bring us drinks. Food came before the drinks then he proceeded to bring us a “round” of margaritas then charged us for them. Also didn’t take off the martini after we asked even though it took over an hour to get it. Spent 800 to be extremely disappointed and rushed out even though our food took FOREVER. Then the manager came over and gave us attitude because we reserved for 14 and then called and left a message that only 8 would be coming due to no one ever answering the phone there. THEY COULDN’T EVEN ACCOMMODATE 8. I would leave zero stars if I could. Save your money and go somewhere else. Piss poor restaurant if u ask me.

Ordered 2 different tenderloin steaks. One medium rare, one medium. Medium rare came out cold, was not warm enough to melt the butter slab they put on top. Medium was so over cooked we had to send it back. Really bummed. Worst 280 meal I’ve ever had.

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews, but we have had great experience there - not just once! The interior design is so beautiful and cozy- just perfect for the Colorado nature. The portions are big, even the appetizers Perfect taste, natural/organic/bio meat from local cows and etc- the taste is really different

Had a great dinner. Food, service and ambiance were all great. We got the winter squash soup, miso salmon and short ribs which were all flavorful with good presentation. They were out of ribeye and tomahawk steaks but we got short ribs instead and left satisfied with the choice.
