My wife and I just spent three nights in cabin 4 at Snugglers Cove..SUPERB! All the comments regarding closeness to the beach are true and also the very private nature of it. The rustic nature of the cabin fits perfectly into the gorgeous natural surroundings. A modern condo with subzero freezer and five burner gas stove would not work here. Within a very few miles are nice eateries, boat launch, one quarter mile from cabin that gives access to an extensive canal system...BUT, the cabin all by itself is a gem and as one sits in the rocker by the window and door slider and looks out...no more is needed. we have already spoken to our kids about this gem..Kurt Weis

The view is breathtaking even on a stormy day and accommodations are on point! We had a blast walking down to the private beach, drinking our morning coffee while taking in the ocean view...the full kitchen is perfect for making a romantic dinner, and heard no noise from the other near by cabins. We will be back.
The beautiful beach is now private to guests and you almost have the beach to yourself. Not like the packed Public beaches. No cars, or horses. The cabins are so close to the beach with your own private paths. The cabins were a great place to cook and hang out.
Maria and Russ are so welcoming and kind! They make each visit special! Thank you so much! It is a cozy size cabin with a huge bathroom! And your pet's are welcome! The kitchen is fully equipped, but only two burners no oven. There is a mini fridge that holds just a small amount. Also has all Bedding, towels, shampoo and hair dryer. TV and DVD player. The only con is the bed is extremely uncomfortable. But the nice porch and direct path to the beach is fantastic!
I can't think of a single thing that could have made our stay more amazing. Everything was perfect, clean, and ready for our arrival. Our cabin/condo was perfect for us, but could have accommodated a family of 4 easily. Just enough space to get comfortable, any more I think would take away from the intimate feel of the place. Maria must have been very easy to work with as my fiance was able to plan and arrange everything without me finding out. The best part- the ocean is right outside your door. 10 acres of beach front that is all yours during your stay. We flew kites on the beach the last day of our stay and after about 30 minutes a woman appears and starts talking to the other groups out on the beach. She has seen us flying kites and noticed that several groups had set up on her beach, we hadn't really noticed but she politely cleared the beach so we had the whole space to ourselves again, which just made us feel even more taken care of than we already did. It was definitely above and beyond, we weren't necessarily bothered by the public groups but when looking for a place to propose, the 10 acres of private beach was a selling point and Maria delivered. I was completely blown away and I can't wait to return. If you have a long drive- plan an additional day. We saw people packing up and heading out Sunday and we're so thankful that we had another day at Snuggler's Cove. We could have easily spent a week and still left with things and places unseen. We walked the beach and found shells, agates, and got some great photos of marine life, sea stars, crab, birds and black tail deer - everywhere. It's by far one of the most beautiful places I've ever been, Maria takes good care of her property and all she asks is for you to be a good guest and steward of the land. - 6 stars. Perfection.
