I've reluctantly visited this store 6 times. Mr. Morgan has been snide, rude, condescending and cringe-worthy each time. I picked up my machine today and an elderly woman was worse than he? I asked her if she was his wife? She said no and that he is ugly because he cannot breathe...was before CoVid? I would NOT recommend this place unless you are ready for a fight or you need warranty work done and don't wanna drive to New Jersey. Others have stated he is the most dreaded person in the industry too...not just me evidently.

I have been a customer of Snyders Vacc & Sew for decades. They treat their customers as part of a sewing family. Very cool... they now have additional space where they hold a large variety of classes with inhouse and outside instructors, including sewing, embroidery, cutting machines, sergers, as well as sewing software. V

I had a bad experience with the owners and I am sorry it is the only Brother dealer in our area. They were very rude and disrespectful. Brother customer service needed to intervene and solved the problem.
