It was a great experience to start off with, but because we decided to extend days as far as keeping the scooters the guy decided to get over on us. When returning our scooters earlier than the time expected the owner wasn’t there. We left came back he still wasn’t there ,but arrived maybe 10mins after we arrived. So he begin to tell us that one of the scooters had a ticket from the previous night for 250 which is fine if we did it we did it, but we need proof. He just showed us the missed called from the Miami police ok cool just give us the deposit back from the other two scooters. So he walks over to the scooters and automatically tells us one of the scooter which hasn’t really be driven was scratched so we won’t get no deposit back. We wanted to see pictures of the scooter from the day we rented I guess he felt threaten and called the police left us there to go flag the police down. Well another lady cop (God bless her heart) arrived we told her our side of the story and our concerns that we wasn’t worried about the 250 ticket if there is proof but we knew for a fact we hadn’t had any scratches on the one scooter and we needed pictures. Well he couldn’t find any pictures him and the lady cop went in the inside and discussed the matter well after a while she came back out with our deposit. With all that been said please be careful read the contract before signing don’t pay with cash take pictures before leaving THESE PEOPLE WILL GET OVER ON YOU IF THEY FEEL THAT THEY CAN ITS A SCAM ... And the guy that waited on us kept saying SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES... I WILL NEVER‼️‼️‼️‼️ AGAIN‼️‼️‼️ Lesson learned... and even the cops says it happen all the time and it’s a civil matter so most times it’s nothing they can do just keep the peace .
The ride was enjoyable until we returned and the guy decided that minor cosmetic damage worth 10 was enough to take keep my entire 200 down payment, without being reasonable and negotiating a more fair and honest price. Be very wary about your money when you give them the cash down payment they require
Just left form here and MAN! WORTH EVERY DOLLAR DEFINITELY coming back!
Easy Transaction, we rented the scooters for two days paid the deposit. Enjoyed the scooters all over Miami and once we returned the scooters our deposit was handed back to us with no issues. Great company, thanks again!
