The administrative staff are pleasant, however, the older guy who's the security guard makes you feel uncomfortable as soon as you walk in the door! He'll disrespectfully scrutinize minor offenses such as a ringing phone or talking amongst one another. It's ok to tell someone to excuse themselves if their on their personal phone, but do so in a respectable manner. For an hour, I watched him treat mature adults like they were in grade school...so unnecessary! His comments and demeanor were offensive and should not be tolerated by this agency.

I had a really good phone interview with Ruben. He was super friendly and professional, even when there was a problem with the internet system- which was not his fault at all!

Very organized and the Lady in \E\ was very nice to my mother!

The wait time wasn't horrible for how many people were there. We waited about 30 minutes and then spent another 30 minutes with our officer. He was very kind and wasn't fully familiar with administering a number to a K1 visa immigrant (my fiance) but he took his time and was patient with it. Overall good experience.

The service was very professional. Just get another security guard wbo is professional and helpful. These are our benefits and a robo cop security guard who rolls his eyes and stands hovering over people is highly unprofessional.

Because they are rude and unkind, discriminatory and offer no help or resolution, and most importantly they have stripped me of my basic human rights and went against all ethics outlined in their handbook
