I can’t express how frustrated I am with this office. I sent in an application for a new social security card because I have had a name change. I supplied the application, the original documents, and an original ID at the beginning of December. Two days later, I received the original documents in the mail with no other information in the envelope. I called today to check on the status of my application, and the man who answered (polite as he was) told me that he has no record of my application or documents. He instructed me to call back next week to “see if the documents have been assigned to anyone.” Obviously, their employees are working from home. Because of this, there is a disconnect between what is happening in the office and what information their employees can access. It should not take an entire month for a quick application to process, so I’m betting they have lost my application.

Worse than the DMV. Stand outside for 2 hours and wait inside sitting on metal chairs 30 minutes wait. At least the heat was on.
I had to change my review since I got to speak to an incredible gentleman on the phone who went above and beyond to help me.
I called today to ask about how can I update my social security card, a very rude woman answered the phone she was impolite and she yelled at me just because when she started to tell me the list of what I need to provide them, I asked her in a nice way to talk slowly so I can write down the list of the documents which I have to mail them to the social security office, she got mad and started yelling on me and she said don’t interrupt me let me finish. Her behavior was unacceptable, I can tell from the beginning of the call she was not happy with what she’s doing so if you don’t like your job there and if you can not respect the costumers you have to find another job.
What a bad services I called asking about information and a really rude person didn’t help me an yell at me how can I do to report this. This is unacceptable woman if your not happy with your job look for something else I really don’t want to use this location fir anything but is the only one that I have to use for my location.
