My original installer, pretty much had no clue about a combined battery installation. They could NOT get the battery profiles set to a most efficient setup. They also did not complete the install. Solar Solutions monitoring crew know what they are doing and were able to set the battery profiles to the most efficient setup with the solar after I switched ownership to them. They even showed me how simple it was. (Point and click) I don't understand how the other installers didn't get it. I highly recommend Solar Solutions if you need somebody who knows how to work a solar/battery setup. They did a much better job. I will use them in a few month's to add more panels later. Russ
