Place rips people off. Never delivered two Mother’s Day orders. The one they did deliver was wrong and much cheaper than what was ordered. They also constantly don’t send arrangements to funeral services and hope no one realizes. Scum.
This is a great flower shop. I have used them several times. Beautiful fresh flowers that lived a long time. Highly recommended!
We have used them for many many years for many family members who have passed; They have been extremely helpful and the flowers beautiful. Unfortunately, with our most recent family member passing was was very young; the owners were wonderful to deal with; however, one of their representatives was absolutely horrible, rude and demanded one single payment vs. individual payments from the contributors to the arrangement then demanded that payment be received no later than 5 hours from the call. For a company in the flower business, families who have suffered a loss do not need to be treated this way. If there was some issue with the various individuals issuing their payments that should have been stated when the order was placed; on the contrary the owner stated the day before that it would be fine for each to call their payment in or deliver the payment. We collectively for this one death have spent over a 1,000 and over the course of previous passings probably over 10,000 through the years at this business , we will not spend any more here. We are devastated by this loss and did not need to be treated in this manner when the contributors called to make payment; no less than 3 had the same experience.
I've gone to Xaviers for my son's high school dances to get flowers and have been nothing but pleased! Easy to work with and flexible too. Try them out!
