Amazing group of people! We just started last month and we are so thankful to have found such an amazing place to work out and learn but the welcoming and kindness and knowledge of all staff and members is truly amazing. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Age, ailments, not feeling sure? Come on down and join this team. Does not and will not disappoint

Nostos sets the bar for any gym in the surrounding area. The owners Devin and Carol Linn Powell are passionate, communicative, and thrive for a unique approach to martial arts to make everyone who attends feel at home. The gym is in constant state of evolution to improve upon itself and never remains stagnant. The coaches all bring a different methodology in their approach but all remain on the same page to create a collective progression for the students-despite skill level. I cannot recommend this gym enough not only for what its done for me, but more importantly what its done for others, the community, and for the sport itself.

I would recommend Nostos to everyone! whether you are new to combat sports or looking to get back into after a break. I hadn't made it a few steps in the door before being met by Carol Linn's smiling face and Devin's friendly and inviting welcome. It is not easy to put yourself out there and jump into a combat gym feet first, but Devin, Carol Linn, the coaches/instructors, and everyone else do an amazing job to help and guide you. The structure of the classes are fantastic for me. Classes allow the student to take a basic position work it, understand it, and then build upon it. There is also ample time during the classes to ask questions and receive thoughtful critiques to further your progress. I'm very happy to have a gym like Nostos to call home, and all the great people there to call friends.
