I have a blanket that was made in Afghanistan many, many years ago. I am VERY attached to it. It's border was gradually unraveling. I put off having it fixed because I feared having it destroyed by unskilled hands. They had my blanket done in two days and I can't even tell where it was repaired. I was a basket case until I got it back. Charged me SEVEN BUCKS. I will be returning for other things in the future.
I had a zipper replaced in a jacket that I badly messed up, they had it fixed within 24 hours and the cost to repair was very fair and reasonable, unlike the expensive prices with other alteration shops in the area. I was very pleased with my services.
My daughters cheer team had Tess alter their uniforms and it was AWFUL. The seams split as the girls tried them on, and none of them were lined up. The seams were crooked and uneven. I wouldn’t refer anyone to her, i normally try and give people a chance but not just one or two of these uniforms were messed up but every single one of them.
I will ever be using Tess again .As a coach I trusted her with my our team uniforms and upon return found that the job was not done .The unforms were poorly sitch and came apart at the seems .Not only that but there were pictures taken of the uniform for other to while in her care ...Saying I'm unhappy is a understatement
