I drove from Wheaton to the SS Minnoes Bait Shop in S. Elgin to get a fishing license because they opened earlier than anyone else. They advertised they opened at 6:00AM. I hung around until 6;15, but no one showed up. I made a long trip that was out of my way for nothing. Walmart opened at 7:00. I vote no stars, but I have to give them one star if I want to post this.
