As we are facing a difficult time with this pandemic and planning our wedding for 2021, we contacted them to cater for our wedding in FL. First off, let me start by saying how long they would take to respond to my emails. They would take 1 week (each time) to respond to my emails, so by the time things started to move forward, a month has already gone by. I was sent an original proposal with the included venue/location being in FL (which is what they write up themselves and send to the client...right? so you would think). We spoke with Shaivi on the phone as well a few days after she sent us the proposal and she knew even at that time where the wedding was going to be and what events we had planned for, which again was already in the proposal. The second proposal she sent me 3 weeks after we spoke on the phone was a price increase of 6k plus her accusing us of taking a large event from our proposal away from her (which we never did!) and accused us that we had changed our location from GA to FL (how? she included FL in our original proposal). I am baffled by how disrespectful the overall customer service experience was. We were looking forward (ever since the bridal expo) to having them cater to our wedding but unfortunately, the customer service and accusations were not worth it. We are all living in a difficult time with this pandemic, especially with the wedding season, so as a vendor they should be more understanding and pleasant towards their clients.

Very bad customer service - when we order stuff online ..items came in broken due to improper packing & we called to refund the money on items which were improperly packed they agree but never refunded money & ask us to go to Edison store & pick up the items against credit from store . we went to edison store & they said they have no idea about this & everyone acted like bogus time pass during this covid-19 make us wait at store for almost 20 minutes for 19 credit which never got resolved & never issued credit against credit card & kept saying you have to buy another order online & email them order to get the credit of 19 even there company boss said agreed to issue credit . edison store people come without wearing mask and distance of 1 foot hardly maintaining and no one cares for customer service at all ..ridicilously bad customer service
If u want to try worst food ever in oak tree try their restaurant... But they are good for snacks like jalebi fafda etc....
Very very upset and unsatisfied with the quality of the sweets. I ordered Jalebi , halvasan, Bombay icehalwa. & tum tum. Everything that I ordered online was not fresh at all. Very very bad quality never will I order anything from them.. Not recommend at all.
I wish I could give less then 1 star I would gladly do that!! This people can’t even answer phone calls to take customers order, must have called more than 20 times and no one picked up. Decided to call the main south plain field head quarters lucky someone picked Up i asked the lady to transfer me over to Edison sukhadia she goes like she can’t do anything about it!!! Like really your cooperate and your telling me you can’t get in touch with them!! What kind of bs is this!!! With you guys having this kind of attitude no one will want to buy from you!! If this place is this busy then why not hire more employees and it doesn’t even take that long to taken a order!!! Horrible customer service!!! Worst headquarters ever!! Can’t solve customers problems!!What’s so ever!! Will be never going here again!!!
The dining area is ridiculous. The sign board said “please wait to be seated”. Nobody showed up for 15-20 mins.. had to go somewhere else
Jilebi price increase like anything ...it was 8 per pound and it's 10 pound now .why they increased we dont know,it's not worth it. Secondly service girl not using gloves and touching Jilebi with hand .
Ordered small tray of pav bhaaji for 15 guests. Bhaji quantity was so low (enough for only 6-7 adults) I had to make bhaaji at home to make up the difference. Too much stress on the event day. Will never order from here again.
