The cashier lady was so confused n illiterate about the software they are using. It took an hour to resolve the mistake made by her n still she was blaming me unnecessarily. No apologies for waste of time. So rude n arrogant lady. Highly disappointed

Came here to return an online purchase ( toddler girl pajamas, running large). Huge line and only one cashier. The other associate just working around the store and not coming to help out. I asked her why there is only one person on register when there is a big line she told me \sorry you have to wait in line\. Extremely unhappy wasted so much of my time. There should be free online return shipping offered because of stores employees like these.
